We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills who is excited at the prospect of working closely with a team to support the growth and development of our customer relationships. Account Coordinators partner closely with our internal teams and our external business partners to provide exceptional customer service through accurate and timely milestone communications and support of the claim review process.
As an Account Coordinator you will be responsible for a wide range of functions that assist the Account Services team in maintaining and developing strong relationships with the carrier customer while reporting any ideas, issues, or growth opportunities to leadership.

- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and consistent follow-up
- Anticipate the needs of customers by becoming familiar with their processes and preferences
- Demonstrate polished interpersonal & organizational skills and strong professionalism
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment & effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
- Perform general administrative duties including referral entry while maintaining data integrity, responding to email and phone calls
- Think critically in the face of unexpected challenges and communicate across the organization openly and with respect
- Successfully achieve measurement metrics for quality and growth goals as identified by leadership
QUALIFITCATIONS:
- Experience working in an insurance or benefit claim organization preferred
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communications skills (oral and written), ability to manage projects independently, and pursue multiple objectives simultaneously
- BS, equivalent, or minimum of 1-2 years relative work experience preferred
