Italian Speaking Sales & Project Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and contribution to a range of activities in support of projects from quotation until cash collection
• Performing quotation of Retail Division products and services according to the Group guidelines and leveraging on the tools provided by Corporate

1. configuring products in company system
2. ensuring all turn key projects elements are taken into consideration and managed
3. managing workflow to collect info for quotation from different functions
4. ensuring completeness and consistency of information

• Managing Retail Division contracts from Order creation in SAP to the end of the contract
• Creating project plan, monitoring project status throughout its phases, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Ensuring coherence between planned delivery date and customer's desired delivery date by acting as a bridge between Planning, Procurement and the customer
• Launching loading plan to start shipping process and coordinating internal functions to solve any issues with delivery / conformity of product delivered

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years experience in relevant field
• MS Excel knowledge, SAP is an advantage
• Languages: proficiency in Italian and English
• Open personality who wants to learn
