What You'll Bring:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) to drive innovation within our organization and will work on the development of innovative network and software products for AT&T’s IP network in close collaboration with network engineers, system architects, and software engineers. This role demands experience with Agentic AI, Gen AI, Dev Ops, Cloud platforms, and Data Analytics coupled with product development experience and strong leadership, strategic thinking capabilities and passionate about leveraging AI and data to solve complex problems.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applied AI (Agentic AI, Gen AI) solutions that drive business impact.
- Research on industry trends in data analytics, AI, software development and IP networking, and integrate emerging technologies into network OSS products.
- Leverage AI and data analytics to drive the transformation and development of network OSS systems.
- Develop and maintain advanced software applications leveraging Python and JavaScript, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Integrate DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery and optimize infrastructure management providing expertise during continuous integration and deployment cycles.
- Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to lead Agile teams and collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive business data analysis to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics engineering or related STEM field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the technology domain, with a primary focus on data analytics, AI, cloud technologies, databases, and software development.
- Proven experience in applied AI (Agentic AI) development and deployment.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript.
- Experience in data analytics concepts and tools, including SQL and Snowflake.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to lead Agile teams effectively.
- Experience with business data analysis skills to bridge technical solutions with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset with curiosity and creativity to explore complex system designs and “what if?” scenarios.
Our Lead Member of Technical Staff, earns between $153,300.00 - $257,400.00. USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
