Job Summary: Responsible for strategic planning and oversight of all warehouse operations, including shipping and order fulfilments, collaboration with related departments, staff coordination, and maintenance of warehouse infrastructure. Coordinates with the Director of Inventory and Warehouse to implement inventory strategies. Supervises Shipping Supervisor, Order fulfillment and Leads to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. Ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies, aiming for continuous development and improvement of warehouse procedures.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workload balance for all warehouse staff.
  • Interviews, hires, and coordinates training for Supervisors.
  • Removes obstacles for direct reports.
  • Supports discipline and termination of employees following company policy based on Supervisor’s needs.
  • Oversee all developmental training for direct reports including timely performance evaluations.
  • Executes weekly 1-on-1 discussions with direct reports.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise department supervisors.
  • Collaborate with related departments to promote growth and prevent loss.
  • Lead continuous development and improvement of warehouse operations.
  • Support shipping supervisor to maintain proficiency in all critical warehouse tasks.
  • Support order fulfilment to maintain proficiency in all critical warehouse tasks.
  • Drive departmental efforts to set and accomplish rocks.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

5+ years of warehouse management experience

Computer skills

Communication skills

Forklift experience

Operational Excellence/Data driven


Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50lbs

Stand for periods of 8 hours
