Job purpose

Our organization is seeking an experienced FICO SAP Systems Analyst to contribute to the successful design and build of new FICO solutions and the delivery of SAP projects. This position is located at BorgWarner’s World Headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The successful candidate will collaborate with key IT and business stakeholders from the finance and treasury workstreams to support demand for FICO IT systems and processes enabled through SAP to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will plan, design, govern, and launch efficient business, financial, and system solutions to support core functions and business processes related to our Finance functions across Accounts Payable and Treasury. The FICO SAP Systems Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and understand solution and project requirements to prioritize and deliver enhancements and projects that provide value to the organization. The FICO SAP Systems Analyst must have a understanding of SAP Accounts Payable and Banking solutions. This individual will apply proven analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to help maximize the benefit of system investments.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate as an integral member of the Design & Build and Project Delivery Services team, supporting the various workstreams that intersect with Finance business processes.
  • Accountable project delivery of SAP FICO solutions related to Accounts Payable and Treasury
  • Collaborate with business owners, consultants, and technical teams to define and implement system requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise change control procedures.
  • Oversee technical design specifications related to FIC.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline required.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience with SAP FI in a project environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI, AP, Banking, and FICO Interfaces.
  • Expertise with SAP Promenta MDM.
  • Hands-on experience with FICO configuration including organizational structure in SAP.
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and project management best practices.
