Job Summary
This role provides analytical and specialized administrative support for one or more managers, with a strong focus on project management, data analysis, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will own complex administrative tasks and initiatives, often operating with high autonomy and discretion. Responsibilities include tracking budgets, managing timelines, coordinating interdepartmental communication, and producing high-impact reports and materials. The role involves leadership-level judgment and subject matter guidance for junior team members.
- Lead complex projects and manage administrative functions across departments
- Handle sensitive data, prepare reports, and conduct deep-dive analysis
- Oversee budgeting and cost allocation processes
- Create polished communications and presentation materials
- Coordinate special events, manage travel, and maintain schedules
Ability to work on-site in Portland, OR at least once per month is a requirement of the role.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
EXPERIENCE
Must-haves:
- 4–6 years of advanced administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with confidential materials and solving ambiguous problems
Preferred:
- Experience guiding or mentoring administrative staff
- Familiarity with departmental budget coordination and cost tracking
- Hybrid work flexibility with ability to travel to Portland monthly

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
