TITLE: Bilingual - Spanish Mental Health Therapist (multiple locations and programs in the Portland-Metro area)POSITION: Full-Time/ In-Person SALARY: $34.59/hr. - 42.57/hr. ($71,950/yr. - $88,549/yr.) Open Positions:
- Clinic-Based
- School-Based (Portland location) ** 10-month position that follows the PPS academic calendar.
- Community-Based
- Provides mental health services for youth, ages 2-18, and their families: assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, and family therapy.
- Provides case management, crisis support, safety planning, coordination of care, referrals to ancillary and/or specialty services, and group therapy, as needed.
- Completes all clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal and organizational requirements, emphasizing collaborative documentation.
- Abides by the appropriate code of ethics and follows all of Morrison’s policies and procedures.
- Is present and punctual for work, supervision and/or meetings. Works well within a team environment, sharing workload, credit, and opportunities.
- Completes other duties as assigned to ensure successful operation of program or department.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices.
