Your work will ensure the robustness, performance, and reliability of our mobile ad solutions, contributing to a sustainable competitive advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and implement automated tests that support our business goals and enhance the user experience.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Automation Framework Development:<span> </span>Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated testing frameworks for mobile SDKs.</li> <li>Test Script Implementation:<span> </span>Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing of mobile SDK features.</li> <li>Quality Assurance:<span> </span>Ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile ad solutions by implementing comprehensive test strategies and maintaining high test coverage.</li> <li>Collaboration:<span> </span>Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design test plans, and identify test cases.</li> <li>Bug Tracking and Reporting:<span> </span>Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools, and work with the development team to resolve issues.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement:<span> </span>Continuously improve the testing process by adopting best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li>Documentation:<span> </span>Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, test scripts, and test results.</li> <li>Mentorship:<span> </span>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in QA automation for mobile SDKs and/or applications.</li> <li>Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.</li> <li>Experience with utilizing device farms for automated tests.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Kotlin.</li> <li>Experience with mobile testing on both iOS and Android platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.</li> <li>Problem-Solving:<span> </span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</li> <li>Communication:<span> </span>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Team Player:<span> </span>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li> <li>Innovation:<span> </span>A passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with ad integration and monetization strategies in mobile applications.</li> <li>Knowledge of advertising technology.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li> <li>Experience with performance and load testing tools.</li> <li>Experience with im
