Building solutions for a better life. The business area Bosch Building Technologies is a leading international supplier of systems, solutions, and services that enhance the safety of people, buildings, and property, and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business area are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business.

• International and interdisciplinary collaboration: As a senior change manager, you will become part of the company being restructured in the future and will therefore work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.
• Creative freedom and development opportunities: Both during the realignment phase and in the future, you can expect exciting tasks and a wide range of personal and professional development opportunities in a dynamic team and a highly attractive market environment.
• You analyze the need for change using suitable tools, derive the necessary steps and activities, plan these and manage their implementation.
• You create concepts for the target group-specific integration of all stakeholders and departments in the change processes.
• You are involved and support management and executives in implementing the changes.
• Together with your colleagues in Communications and Marketing, you will develop change communication concepts and implement them.
• You manage an external agency that provides change management support.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in psychology, economics or social sciences or a comparable qualification.
• Personality and Working Practice: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactive way of working, empathic team player, sensitivity for group processes.
• Experience and Know-How: Several years of professional and project experience as well as several years of experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment.
• Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills as well as conceptual strength.
• Languages: Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
