Responsibilities:

• Vision Alignment: Understand and contribute to the existing vision for the automation framework.
• Software Design: Lead the design and development of a maintainable and extensible automation platform.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members in C# Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both remote and local) to define requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Software Engineer working on Test Automation or as a Technical Lead with a focus on C# design and development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and understanding of SOLID principles.
• Ability to become the Automation Framework SME and lead its direction
• Experience implementing TDD and applying software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Angular for web automation.
• Ability to advocate for and effect change in the quality culture of an organization
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and teach other Software Engineers

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience (knowledge of medical workflows, terminology, or regulations).
• Familiarity with and/or certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Software testing expertise.
• Experience with angular website development.
