What you'll work on:

  • Leading and managing the overarching program and associated projects focused on cultivating an unparalleled employee experience, facilitating the success of global talent, fostering a values-aligned culture, and driving extraordinary results. Develop detailed project plans with clear deliverables, while also supporting change management and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of programs and measure their impact.
  • Establishing trusted partnerships and collaborating across Talent and with internal stakeholders to drive program alignment and ultimately deliver memorable moments for Circlers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Providing collaborative leadership, facilitation, and implementation of key initiatives to advance Circle’s culture and engagement strategy through development and implementation of initiatives in talent acquisition and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition and employee well-being.
  • Partnering with relevant stakeholders to support and develop our high performing global organization while ensuring that Circle's values are reflected in people-oriented programs and decisions.
  • Enhancing the ongoing development of the company's DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategy and providing support in defining long-term priorities and roadmap. Drive the support and engagement of the organizational DEIB initiatives through all levels of the business.
  • Supporting the design, administration, and analysis of employee engagement surveys to measure progress, impact, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to refine and implement innovative approaches and solutions to meet evolving needs on culture, employee experience and DEIB.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in workplace and employee engagement, while offering distinctive thought leadership on their application and impact within our dynamic industry and remote-first workplace. Proactively integrating relevant insights to enhance strategies and initiatives.
  • Sharing and promoting Circle’s brand as a top employer of choice, promoting various distinguished awards and certifications.

What you’ll bring to Circle: 

  • 8+ years of human resources experience including culture and employee experience, DEIB, talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development.
  • Prior experience creating and delivering organization-wide and scalable successful talent programs will be required, including experience in program design, development, management, measurement and evaluation. Experience with DEIB programs is preferred.
  • Proven experience developing trusted relationships at all
