Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position located in Coral Springs, Florida, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations. As part of a growing company, your contributions will be vital in maintaining order accuracy, smooth shipping processes, and a positive team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Order Picking & Shipping: Accurately pick orders, pack them securely, and ship using ShipStation software.
- Restocking: Ensure inventory is replenished regularly and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized for optimal productivity and safety.
- Receiving Purchase Orders: Check in new stock and update inventory as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow warehouse associates to foster a positive, productive, and collaborative environment.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using technology, including ShipStation shipping software and other warehouse management systems.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Work Ethic: A hard-working, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude who contributes to team success.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and stock inventory in a fast-paced environment.
