In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are resolved efficiently and with care. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall service operations of Sphirea Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer support via phone, email, and live chat

• Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and accuracy

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

• Assist with order tracking, account updates, and service troubleshooting

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions

• Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience

• Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings

Qualifications
