Applications Quality Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Aescape is looking for a Applications Quality Engineer/Sr. Engineer who can test and validate critical user-facing features and design comprehensive test strategies for safety-critical robotics systems. You’ll be collaborating cross functionally as we prepare to ship our massage experience to hundreds of new locations. What You’ll Do 

• Test and validate critical user-facing features across our mobile applications that control AI-powered robotic massage experiences.

• Design comprehensive test strategies for applications that interface with safety-critical robotics systems, ensuring flawless user experiences.

• Develop and execute test plans that validate the seamless integration between mobile apps and our advanced motion planning algorithms.

• Work closely with roboticists and engineering teams to understand complex system interactions and identify potential failure modes.

• Collaborate with product teams to ensure our massage booking and control applications meet the highest standards for luxury hospitality environments.

• Establish QA processes that support our rapid scaling across enterprise partners while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in mobile application testing with a deep understanding of both Android and iOS ecosystems.

• A background in testing applications that interface with hardware systems or safety-critical environments.

• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and the ability to design tests for complex, real-time system interactions.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments where software quality directly impacts user safety and business reputation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
