Senior Data Analyst

The ICF Senior Data Analyst will support our ICF’s Health Engineering Solutions (HES) CMS client team. The Senior Data Analyst will be a part of a strong analytics team and will work closely with a cross-functional group of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel. This position will be responsible for data analysis to provide actionable insights to the client. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, AWS Quicksight etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and delivery actionable insights.
• Desing and implement data models, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Conduct data validation, data cleansing and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a data analyst and a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Data science, Math or equivalent) or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• 5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
• 2 years’ experience with SQL and other database management systems.
• 1-year proven ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Candidate must reside in the US
• Candidate must have lived and worked in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles 
• Interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Extract, transform, load (ETL) processes, utilizing tools such as AWS Glue, Pentato, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica etc. 
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Federal Government contracting work experience
• Prior experience working remotely full-time
