The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage who forms part of the Food & Beverage Division leadership team, collectively making key strategic and operational decisions for the Food & Beverage outlets while leading with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage provides leadership and management support to the Director of Food & Beverage and assists in all existing and upcoming concepts, ensuring thorough people development together with long-term growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of Food & Beverage quality and service, manage and develop a team, and assist with the annual budget, help to manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with our third-party restaurant (Mina’s Fish House).

What you will do 

• Oversee the daily operations of all Restaurants & Bars including our Pool & Beach operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all service areas. 

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of food and beverage services. 

• Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, service, presentation, and safety in all areas.
