This is a non-union positionIn the Senior Analyst Lands & ROW role, you will coordinate and analyze third party crossing applications for Enbridge with a focus on efficiency and with a customer service attitude. Additionally, this role will contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of the Crossings program as it matures.

What you will do:
Receive and review third party crossing applications, including those for complex crossing/proximity activities that will affect the Enbridge system, and issue agreements in compliance with the company's processes, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage incoming crossing applications and their lifecycle within task timeframe targets.
Take initiative to coordinate with internal partners and technical departments in assessing proposed crossing activities, coordinating decision records when requests require technical deviations, and incorporating mitigations into crossing consents.
Facilitate the negotiation of terms and conditions within crossing consents between Enbridge and third parties.
Proactively identify risks and contribute to the prevention of damage to company facilities posed by planned activities and help develop mitigation plans processes by engaging the applicable internal partners.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external partners with a customer service approach.
Provide guidance on crossing application and drawing requirements to third parties, including assisting them with completing crossing application forms and conveying drawing requirements to them and identifying deficiencies.
Who you are:
Related university degree, diploma, or professional land certification.
2-4 years of experience related to third party crossings.
Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, stakeholder demands and regulatory requirements.
Ability and experience to review and comprehend complex detailed crossing plans, legal agreements and a good understanding of design standards, codes and regulations.
Requires a high level of interpersonal skills and initiative in dealing with a variety of external and internal customers (regulators, lawyers, industry, government, landowners and internal departments), and approaches interactions with a customer service mentality.
Effective verbal and written communications skills - ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to all audiences.
High proficiency with business software applications including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Development.
Working Conditions:
Office based.
Minimal travel required.
