Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms, a family owned, Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire, founded in 1972. We offer our team members flexible scheduling, a friendly working environment, in addition to competitive pay. Our Philadelphia, PA Corporate Office, is looking to fill several FT or PT Customer Service Representatives who are resourceful, outgoing, patient, and a fast learner. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills with the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.

Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via a team's or zoom call.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and products.
• Process new orders.
• Assist customers with the correct fit for their child/children.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Learn product line and processes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of high volume call center experience preferred.
• Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
• Well-developed understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule during our busiest season (June to September) including evenings and Saturdays.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
