Job Description

In this role, you will create and deliver a compelling compensation value proposition for our employees and candidates, helping us to deliver on Our People Pact and attract and retain top talent. This will include supporting the design, development, and implementation of compensation practices and programs.

What you get to do in this role:

· Lead the market analysis process and recommend changes to ServiceNow’s salary structures and equity programs.

· Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions to compensation programs and processes.

· Lead small- to medium-sized cross-functional projects to provide compensation analysis and other deliverables to business partners.

· Support business groups in the modeling of business-specific variable pay design.

· Play a key role in the execution of the semi-annual bonus program and pay planning cycles.

· Support and provide proactive guidance to monitor and maintain our competitive compensation positioning.

· Partner closely with the recruiting organization in the analysis of offers to ensure sound, compelling, and attractive offers are extended to secure the best talent.

· Monitor external trends and recommend required changes to ensure compliance with global pay regulations.

· Work with HR systems team to implement and test systems changes.

· Support the development of compelling compensation trainings.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field in the high technology sector.
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Expert knowledge of compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, market pricing, and analytics.
  • A working knowledge and awareness of labor laws related to pay.
  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Workday experience preferred.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $121,700 - $213,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
