Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 6 to serve as a senior technical resource in the eligibility domain. The ideal candidate will have a broad technology skill set, capable of working independently on complex tasks, while also contributing to the development, production support, and technical enhancements of multiple systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide development environment support and maintenance for applications across various platforms.
• Deliver production support and manage batch job processes.
• Evaluate, design, and implement technical solutions, including recommending system modifications.
• Develop and maintain codebases using tools such as Databricks, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Collaborate on projects using agile methodologies and support technology upgrades as needed.
• Assist in generating reports and supporting related processes for client services within the health and human services domain.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering data storage, retrieval, validation, manipulation, and other system processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-11+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience in development environment support.
• Expertise in Databricks (6-7+ years).
• Proficient with JIRA (5-6+ years).
• Experience with Confluence (2-3+ years).
• Hands-on skills in PL/SQL, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket/Azure DevOps GIT for version control.
• Knowledge of batch job operations.
• Development experience with .NET 4.8 (C#) and Java.
• Comfortable working with various development tools and adapting to new technologies.
