About the role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Breakthrough Division moves fast, thinks boldly, and holds itself to an extraordinary standard — and the Executive Administrative Assistant who thrives here does too. This is not a background role. It is a front-row seat to high-impact decision-making, and the person in it is every bit as invested in the outcomes as the leaders they support. We are seeking an exceptionally polished, proactive, and perceptive Executive Administrative Assistant who genuinely loves what they do. You bring quiet confidence, unshakeable discretion, and a sixth sense for what's needed before it's asked. You read the room, guard the calendar, protect information, and represent the Division President with the same care and intentionality they would bring themselves.
You are the connective tissue of a dynamic leadership team — orchestrating complexity behind the scenes so those in front can lead at their best. If you find deep satisfaction in delivering flawless support, building trust through reliability, and operating with the polish of a true professional, you will thrive here.
This position is located onsite at our office in Green Bay, WI.
