Now, we’re searching for a Lighting Quality Control Technician to join our dedicated warehouse team and ensure our lighting gear is show-ready, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lighting QC Tech, you’ll stage, inspect, clean, and test lighting gear to meet the high-performance standards of LMG’s productions. Your work ensures our equipment is ready to perform on the biggest stages in the world.

✅ Equipment Prep – Pull, stage, and set up lighting gear for testing and shipment
✅ Visual Inspection – Identify equipment that requires cleaning, labeling, or cosmetic repair
✅ Minor Repairs – Clean fixtures, reapply decals, and perform light cosmetic fixes
✅ Case Maintenance – Check shipping cases for damage; repair foam or structural components as needed
✅ Show Order Fulfillment – Review orders, verify accuracy, and locate any missing pieces
✅ Functional Testing – Simulate show conditions to ensure lighting systems are fully operational
✅ Warehouse Organization – Maintain clean, organized storage areas with coded binning systems
✅ Truck Loading – Assist with loading gear securely and efficiently for safe transport

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience in AV, lighting, or warehouse operations preferred
🔹 A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
🔹 Basic technical knowledge of lighting systems or eagerness to learn
🔹 Ability to lift and move gear safely in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Team player with strong communication skills
🔹 Reliability, accountability, and a safety-first mindset
