Senior Regulatory Business Transformation Strategy Manager

Project/Program Manager, OKR Coordinator, and Continuous Improvement Consultant

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project/Program Manager, OKR Coordinator, and Continuous Improvement Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, implementing OKR management and deployment, driving lean strategy development and deployment, as well as providing expert guidance on continuous improvement initiatives within our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Project/Program Management:
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve operations and strategic direction.
  • Lead and manage projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, develop project plans, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and leadership.
  1. OKR Management and Deployment:
  • Implement and manage the OKR framework across departments and teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to define clear objectives and key results that align with business priorities.
  • Support teams in setting challenging yet achievable OKRs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor OKR progress and provide guidance, support, and coaching to drive successful achievement.
  • Establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate OKR performance.
  1. Lean Strategy Development and Deployment:
  • Drive the development and deployment of lean strategies and methodologies throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements, eliminate waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote lean thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Implement lean tools and techniques to enhance operational performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make necessary enhancements.
  1. Continuous Improvement Consultancy:
  • Provide expert guidance and consultancy on continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Support teams in adopting and implementing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Agile, or Lean.
  • Coach and mentor employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
  • Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives and reassess strategies as needed.

Who you are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in project/program management, coordinating multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in implementing OKR frameworks, lean strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for
