We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing, Associate Principle who is not afraid of Data. The role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing. You will be a member of a high-performing team with a global mandate
This person will be filling in for a maternity cover period, thus it is a contract role.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Definite and measure KPls and benchmark to measure performance
- Collaborate with external agencies to place creatives, ads, and promotional communications
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing & communication collateral and campaigns from brief to execution, globally (including, but not limited to advertising, events, conferences, and direct mailings)
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Serve as a member of the global Marketing & Communications team by being able to represent our services to stakeholders as well as clients and prospects
- Deliver the highest quality work, on-time and on-budget
- Ad-hoc marketing & communication projects and activities
Qualifications/Required Skills
- Minimum three years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in the Financial Services industry/ Strong technical appreciation of financial markets and investment products
- Understands the competitive marketplace within a key area of the financial services sector and is willing to stay abreast of changes to the competitive and regulatory landscapes
- External parties management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages like German and French will be an asset
- Business mindset: must be business-oriented with a mind to delivering high-quality outputs under budget and on time
- Ability to take fluid situations and master uncertainty and multitask in an evolving environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit: must be comfortable with taking initiative and being resourceful
- Team player: must work to build a collaborative spirit with internal colleagues
