Senior Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and measuring marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept to completion

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and programs

· Manage content creation and distribution across digital platforms including website, social media, and email

· Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization

· Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing activities

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

· Support event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person

· Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

· Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role

· Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution

· Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

· Experience with content management systems and social media management

· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities

Desired Skills

· Experience in our industry (preferred)

· Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles

· Familiarity with graphic design tools
