We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure efficient communication and organization for key members of our leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments.
• Maintain an organized filing system for digital and physical documents.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
