Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within our Telecom and Unified Communications team. This role will drive projects aimed at optimizing communication systems, improving infrastructure, and enhancing service delivery across our organization. Key initiatives include:

• Streamlining the cell phone ordering process
• Implementing distributed antenna systems to improve cell coverage in hospital facilities
• Enhancing ServiceNow UC optimization and asset management
• Overseeing overhead system installations and enhancements
• Managing key projects, including 1111 Westchester, Cancer Center, and BCDR analog migration
• Migrating enterprise call center voice recording tools to the cloud
• Leading ACCESS TO CARE telephony migration initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of telecom and unified communication systems. Join us to make a meaningful impact on communication services and infrastructure!

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (or at least three years of equivalent experience)
• Working knowledge of Hospital workflow and business process
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health workflow and regulatory requirements a plus
• Familiarity with Cerner CommunityWorks (Millennium EMR) or other EMR systems such as Allscripts and Epic
• PMP Certification

 Required Criteria

• Three to Five years of previous work-related experience
• Willing to provide support during non-scheduled workday hours to ensure the operations of production systems in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Minimum of two years of Project Management experience
• Familiar with clinical work flow & medical administration
• Ability to interact with various clinicians and physicians
• System Design/Analysis
• Strong project management skills

Salary Range:

$100,000-$167,000/Annual
