Your main mission will be leading the cross-channel marketing strategy supporting the shift towards services and solutions both on established as well as newly launched offerings. You will drive fast and systematic performance channels activation to achieve business growth and you will use data driven inputs to inform you strategy and feed into all parts of the business from product, to purchase experience all the way to positioning and messaging.

Our ideal candidate is equally respected as B2C/D2C expert and as a collaborative cross-functional partner, who can bring others along the way by partnering to deliver a clear ROI through their work. More than just a creative, this person will be balancing the art and science of being a data-driven marketer, mining insights and data to optimize for performance. They will lead in solving complex business challenges and contributing to the development of new ideas and methods to engage customers. Global experience will be a huge plus as you will work across multiple markets as you test, iterate, and implement changes to drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research, insights, site data and product usage data to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in building growth strategies.
  • Work within a cross functional team (Product and Creative Marketing, Product Management, Retail) to execute product launch and drive customer conversion.
  • Create, manage, and experiment to drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings during operational workshops and executive meetings
  • Direct/supervise the development/deployment of program goals/benchmarks and measurement of results using appropriate marketing metrics.
  • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns.
  • Develop media briefs that will help inform our internal team’s media plans 
  • Review and provide feedback to media plans 
  • Stay up to date with weekly paid media performance and optimizations 
  • Synthesize weekly performance data to provide clear optimization recommendations  
  • Develop and manage experiment plans to drive customer subscriptions.  
  • Partner with our internal creative team to share recommendations and the latest learnings based on performance 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven track record of creating Performance Marketing Strategy followed by successful execution / optimization.
  • Solid project management skills - ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Must have experience in testing and iterating, using data to improve customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce environment and user experience optimization towards conversion.
  • Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools with a focus on Digital/Performance Marketing.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity and urgency.
  • Ability to interface effectively with executive management.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years Performance Marketing experience with successful track record in in launching products/services.
  • 3+ years in subscription service-related fields.
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field, MBA or similar preferred.
