As the Material Handler in our Franklin, NH Foundry, you will report onsite to the Foundry Supervisor and be responsible for receiving, storing, counting, and issuing equipment, materials, products, tools, and inventories. You will manage the continuous flow of materials through the supply chain, ensuring efficient plant operations.This is a 2nd Shift position (2:10 PM-12:40 AM, M-F)
Scope of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Foundry department, will be responsible for receiving, storing, counting, and issuing equipment, materials, products, tools, and inventories. You will manage the continuous flow of materials through the supply chain, ensuring efficient plant operations.
This position reports to the Foundry Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform receiving tasks, including the safe operation of forklift trucks and reach trucks.
- Pick materials according to established procedures.
- Package and ship products using proper techniques and scanner operations.
- Maintain a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct physical inventories to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer literacy for related transactions.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Franklin location in New Hampshire. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
