What does a Senior Product Manager do at Fiserv?

The BentoBox Marketing and Commerce Platform delivers a seamless guest experience dedicated to accelerating growth and helping restaurants thrive. BentoBox empowers modern restaurants to build their online presence, diversify revenue, engage with diners, and increase operational efficiency. To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools.  

Fiserv is hiring for a Senior Product Manager of Integrations to join our growing team. This Senior Product Manager will manage and deploy a dedicated team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations associates to ensure restaurant operators have a seamless experience integrating their BentoBox products with third-party platforms in allowing for an effortless exchange of data and functionality. This is a pivotal, high-leverage role that will have a significant impact by expanding our ecosystem, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through strategic partnerships and stakeholder management throughout Fiserv. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of a 0-to-1 third-party app marketplace, enabling restaurant operators to discover, integrate, and benefit from external solutions

  • Define and implement scalable processes for extending our APIs externally, ensuring a robust developer experience, clear documentation, and governance frameworks to support innovation while maintaining security and reliability

  • Identify and prioritize third-party integrations that deliver the most value to mutual customers, align with business goals, and expand our platform’s capabilities

  • Evaluate potential partners and integrations based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact to build a clear and scalable integration roadmap

  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points, surface new integration opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Lead agile development ceremonies with your embedded and dedicated engineering and design teams

  • Collaborate with partnerships, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, seamless integrations from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

  • 5+ years of product management experience 

  • Proven track record of delivering successful third-party integrations

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and their documentation

  • Ability to define and execute an integration strategy that aligns with customer needs and business objectives

  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver technical solutions

  • Experience collaborating with external partners, including negotiating priorities, aligning on roadmaps, and driving successful outcomes

  • Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals

  • Experience bringing integrated products to market, including coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success

What Is Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with restaurant technology, particularly point-of-sale

  • Experience working in front-of-house restaurant operations

  • Clear and impactful communication style and skills

  • Strong analytical skills

Salary Range

$110,700.00 - $189,700.00
