The Principal Product Manager of our Contracting product will be a key player in building a net-new product we plan to go to market with, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to put it all together. Working closely with the Group Product Manager for Contracting, and other members of the Product team, this role will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, and the market to effectively deliver products that fulfill our mission in the insurance industry. A focus on taking a new product to market is essential.
- The product team is responsible for the ideation and development of product across the company with the opportunity to make an incredible impact.
- Navigating the development of novel products and technologies in a legacy industry is always a challenge, and this role will be at the forefront of reinventing core technologies for a $6T industry.
- This position will be an individual contributor where you are expected to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate sound product management in collaboration with groups across the business.
What you’ll do:
- This level PM will be able to demonstrate their ability define a near term and cast vision for the long term scope with clarity in order to insure alignment and understanding across various teams
- Demonstrates customer orientation and consistently derives new insights from foundational and directional research, operations, and support work for the Product teams and managers within your vertical.
- Work closely with the Product leadership, our internal and external enablement teams, and customer-facing teams to help drive change to our process, operations, and collaboration to bring a net-new product to market for the business
- Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered, and develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a strong engineering partner across the product portfolio and understand limitations and trade offs in your implementation designs. You are expected to deeply understand the technology of the product , how it plays into all the systems, and can contribute to technical trade-offs with the product teams.
- Understand and translate the product vision throughout the company as it evolves.
Your experience:
- You've had minimum of 4 revolutions and are operating at a scaling/design/architectural/big picture level. You've likely seen scale/growth multiple times, or at larger scale before to advise with the ability to look around corners
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, program, and other groups, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads.
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Bonus: Experience working in the insurance industry in the carrier , MGA, MGU, agency space and/or expertise in the producer contracting process.

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$167,200 - $211,200
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
