Your Responsibilities

 

As a Sales Data Product Manager for JD Information Systems located in Moline, IL, you will:

 

• Maintain, refine and prioritize the Data Product backlog, ensuring features definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team             
• Ensure an exceptional data product experience collecting inputs from users and stakeholders while collaborating with Architecture and Engineering resources  
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint planning/refinements, sprint review/demos)

What Skills You Need

 

• 3 or more years of experience in a highly collaborative environment, developing strong productive working relationships with Analytics Users, Stakeholders, and Product Teams             
• 3 or more years of experience utilizing a growth mindset - willingness to deal with and thrive in uncertainty, encouraging and enabling a culture of experimentation for accelerated learning
• 3 or more years of experience working with a team and leveraging communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and rally
• 3 or more years leveraging discovery techniques to uncover user problems/needs             
• 3 or more years of experience measuring and communicating Key Results metrics for a product or initiative
• Able to support India Standard Time working hours 

           

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• 1 or more years authoring user stories for an engineering (development) team
• 1 or more years of experience in the usage of Agile development methodologies/tools      
• 3 or more years of experience with John Deere and dealer business and sales processes
• 1 or more years of experience working with data analytics tools & technology stack     
• 1 or more years of experience working with analytics roles (i.e. Data Scientists, Data Wranglers, etc.)    

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology.
