Job Summary
Support the access process and infrastructure management, design workflows, scripting, and assist in projects relates to access management
Essential Functions
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
- Primary development, system configuration and engineering for one IAM service offering (e.g. PAM, SSO, IGA, etc.)
- Secondary support and knowledge of other critical service offerings.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and complex user access problems.
- Requirements Gathering: Maintains and improves workflows and documentation of systems and implementations.
- Handles personnel security issues.
- Generates performance metrics.
- Incident response and identity on-call rotation.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):
Hands on experience with IAM tools (including cloud-based identity and access tools) such as Active Directory, PAM, SSO, IGA (eg. Sailpoint), etc.
Good understanding best practices for identity and access management, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties
Understanding of the user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews
Assist senior members of the team with IAM related projects
Good understanding of Jefferson technology architecture
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:
6+ years
