Come join our team! Looking for a talented Senior HRIS Analyst to be a part of our Corporate HR team located in Minneapolis, MN. The Senior HRIS Analyst will drive and lead continuous implementation of our UKG roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align the HRIS strategy with the growing business needs. The key to success will be someone that is technically savvy and hands-on with the ability to build strong relationships.
Senior HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert and system owner for all HRIS systems (Primarily UKG Pro HCM Suite) by leading system optimization and transformation efforts through implementation, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support all business partners (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) with system utilization, data extraction, process development and end user training.
- Manage and monitor the security protocols and permission structure in HRIS Systems.
- Primary contact with HR and IT team members to streamline processes and ensure consistent application and integration of HR systems and tools.
- Lead HR data and technology projects by developing requirements, building/testing, preparing, and delivering change management, implementing, and conducting end user training of final solution.
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans.
- Help build and drive the HRIS optimization roadmap with key stakeholders and be the implementation lead for improvements/enhancements as determined by leadership.
- Write, maintain, and support simple to advance reports or queries, create advanced report metrics and develop dashboards for visual leadership reporting using Cognos, Business Intelligence or other required reporting tools.
- Assist in identifying and developing standard reports for ongoing customer needs and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities
- Gather and document system requirements by working with appropriate stakeholders and leading/facilitating process design and redesign conversations to elicit and identify process requirements.
- Document existing processes and provide recommendations for process improvements within the, HRIS, and related functions.
- Communicate processes, objectives, and project timelines to appropriate stakeholders, when applicable.
- Responsible for maintaining data accuracy and integrity within system through regular review and audit of data.
- Conduct formal and informal training to employees and functional users regarding HRIS features and functionality.
- Be a steward of optimization and innovation utilizing the UKG system to its full potential.
- Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
- Provide back up support and knowledge to Total Rewards team in the form of processing payroll, various administrative benefit and compensation functions and reporting.
Senior HRIS Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or relevant area
- Five years of relevant experience in analyst role within (UKG) Ultimate Software
- Two years of light duty project management experience
