Arxada is seeking an experienced Manager IT Contracts and Licenses. This role involves overseeing hardware, software, and services contracts to ensure they align with the company's needs and standards. The role will ensure that all agreements throughout their lifecycle are proactively managed. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with software licensing agreements, optimizes software usage and cost, manages vendor relationships, and supports audits. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsabilities:
Contract Management: Manage the lifecycle of IT contracts. Advise IT teams, Procurement, Legal and Business on commercial contract management.
License Management: Ensure compliance with software licenses, track renewals, and optimize usage.
Software Asset Management (SAM): Develop, implement, and maintain a SAM strategy, framework and tools. Manage the lifecycle of software assets including procurement, deployment, usage monitoring, and decommissioning.
Compliance Monitoring: Work with Procurement and Legal to ensure all IT contracts and licenses comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
Cost Management: Contribute to budget planning and cost savings initiatives in collaboration with the IT streams and with the IT Controller.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT contracts and licenses.
Inventory Management: Ensure maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date software asset and contract inventory (using SAM tools).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Legal, and Procurement for seamless management
Drive continuous improvements towards simple and standardized processes for contract and license management.
Audits: Prepare for and manage audits by software vendors / manufacturers, ensuring accurate documentation and minimizing risk. Conduct regular internal software audits.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards on contract status, compliance, and license usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and license optimization.

Requirements:
Proven track record in management of IT contracts, licenses and external providers within large organizations.
Strong working knowledge of technology-related commercial structures and contracts, including licensing, cloud, SAAS, support, and professional services.
Familiarity with SAM tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
Proficient in drafting comprehensive tender documents, contracts, service level agreements, and commercial agreements that effectively mitigate risk to the company.
Ability to evaluate, review, and challenge business cases and complex commercial proposals.
In-depth knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, VMware, etc.).
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage contract details and ensure compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of summarizing complex information concisely for diverse audiences, including senior management.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and licenses simultaneously.
Actively drive and manage change, recognizing it as a positive and integral part of the business environment.
Consistently stay informed about IT developments and trends to provide valuable internal consulting.
Innovation-oriented, understanding how the latest technologies can be applied to enhance business value and drive process efficiencies.
