Associate Technical Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant with a solid foundation in Python and SQL, along with a passion for analytics and data-driven problem-solving. This role will support the development of data pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics initiatives that help drive business insights and decision-making. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable, and exposure to Databricks is a strong plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python and SQL
• Work closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
• Assist in data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes
• Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with senior data engineers and architects on data solutions architecture and best practices
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
• Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices

 

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data development or analytics-related roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with at least one visualization tool: Tableau or Power BI
• Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
