📍Location:  Ballerup or Aarhus Denmark | Full-time, permanent 

As a Digital Transformation Director at Columbus, you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth with digital transformation and ERP solutions. You will act as a player-coach, executing sales, identifying business opportunities, and serving as a strategic sparring partner. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with leadership and our skilled delivery organization.

Your responsibilities

• Own and deliver customer engagements with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in close collaboration with Columbus stakeholders
• Facilitate and participate in customer meetings, need assessments, and proposal processes
• Develop strategies and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the VP and leadership team
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Be a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on business development, value creation, and technological maturity
• Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure onboarding and project execution
• Provide strategic sparring with the VP and leadership team on strategy, market trends, business models, and partnerships

Qualification and Experience
You bring solid experience as a Management Consultant, or similar role with a proven track record in business development. Furthermore, you have:

• Insight into digital transformation, ERP, and the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with specific experience in Dynamics 365
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities; you thrive on having hands-on
• Strong relationship builder with impact and negotiation skills at C-level
• Motivated by creating growth, new solutions, and developing both customers and the organization
• Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
