Description
Brown University and The Lifespan Cancer Institute/Rhode Island Hospital is seeking a medical oncologist specializing in sarcoma or breast cancer. The candidate must also have a passion for community outreach to serve the Providence area's Latino and Black community in cancer prevention, screening, education and treatment. The successful candidate must qualify for a full-time medical faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Qualifications
The minimium requirements include: board eligibility or certification in oncology, strong experience in clinical, translational or patient outcomes research, excellence in patient care and teaching, and a commitment to scholarly participation in the research programs of The Warren Alpert Medical School. Candidates for the Associate Professor level must have a national reputation.
