What You'll Do: 

• Create memorable guest experiences – Greet guests warmly, provide expert menu guidance on food/beer offerings, and build connections that reflect MadTree's mission
• Execute seamless service – Manage section efficiently while collaborating with teammates to ensure balanced coverage and exceptional service across our 15,000 sq. ft. venue
• Maintain operational excellence – Handle accurate order-taking, payment processing, and cash procedures while keeping spaces clean and guests comfortable throughout their visit
• Be a brand ambassador – Stay current on menu changes and seasonal offerings, follow safety protocols, and represent MadTree's Connect, Grow, Give a F*ck behaviors

Opening in early 2025, Parks & Rec represents MadTree's boldest venture yet—a stunning 15,000 sq. ft. space that transforms a historic airplane hangar into an innovative gathering place in the heart of Summit Park. This location seamlessly integrates with Blue Ash's green space, creating an environment where community and sustainability naturally intersect.
