Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions helps clients simplify shareholder management, efficiently navigate regulatory and compliance communication requirements and gain insights to effectively serve and engage shareholders.  We offer smart, simple, strategic solutions for public companies and alternative investments such as REITs & BDCs. We maximize ESG impact and bolster long-term sustainability. We simplify the annual meeting process and provide data-driven, predictive insights based on shareholder voting patterns and translate them into impactful communications approaches. And we offer both transfer agent and corporate actions services to automate tasks, streamline processes and improve communications.

As the GM of Corporate Issuer Solutions, you will establish and refine our long-term strategy for Corporate Issuer Solutions across current and prospective addressable markets; ensuring that our strategy drives product roadmaps/execution. You will drive innovation to enhance Issuer communications, reduce industry costs and help Issuers build their brands.

You'll seek to influence the outcome of regulatory change and potential fee reviews and maintain and develop relationships with senior level industry contacts, including clients, regulators and other market constituents. You'll also develop expertise in the domain and serve as industry leader with vision on communications strategy to help clients with compliance and improving their messaging to investors.

You will provide strong leadership to the organization, establishing near- and long-term goals and ensuring vital talent and resources are in place.

  • Lead the North American Issuer leadership team while meeting all annual operating plan goals.
  • Support the Issuer Sales organization to drive retention and deepen client relationships, ensuring a deep connection between service delivery and attainment of annual sales quotas.
  • Pro-actively monitor regulatory changes and engage with key regulatory bodies and industry organizations
  • Highlight our key areas of strategic importance, and lead business and product development in those areas
  • Grow our key issuer products and collaborate with Technology on client implementations and executing on our product roadmaps
  • Help drive service delivery, process efficiencies and increased client satisfaction.  Lead several operational efficiency projects.
  • Drive a positive culture as an employer of choice, leading with behaviors that support collaboration, innovation, and diversity, equity & inclusion. Increase associate engagement/satisfaction with clear communications.

Qualifications needed for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience.  Technological acumen a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record either leading a similar-sized P&L or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and lead through influence.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience leading transformation and managing through organizational change.
  • 10+ years of management experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with ability to focus on big picture, without losing sight of the details
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to identify problems and opportunities, harness organizational resources to address those problems and opportunities, structure the problem/opportunity, analyze and identify appropriate solutions and action plan.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Comfort with communicating with, and advising senior management and external senior stakeholders including regulators, clients and C-Suite executives
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering an inclusive workplace; demonstrating leadership skills as you create an environment in which all Associates can do their best work.
  • Experience in acquisitions and partnerships

Base salary range is between $350,000 - $400,000.  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
