Job Summary

Staff Management:

• Oversee frontline staff; delegation of daily tasks and assignments and training in all areas.
• Ensures all staff are maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Fosters positive and collaborative working environment for staff; assists management with addressing employee concerns.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Guest Service:

• Provides prompt and friendly guest service.
• Ensures excellent guest experience; interact regularly with guests to gauge satisfaction.
• Effectively deescalates and resolves guest complaints and feedback.
• Maintains quality service standards.
• Cash-handling; processing cash payments
• Operates point-of sale system

Operations:

• Oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with Levy policies and procedures.
• Ensures all staff are maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• Assists with inventory process as needed
• Assists with reducing operation costs; increasing productivity and monitors labor plan throughout shifts
• Completes all opening and closing duties including front of house preparation, sanitation, and back of house, cash management
• Assists with all restaurant duties as needed including administrative serving, bartending, food runner, expediting, front of house and back of house duties

• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of and ability to adhere to food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

Physical demands:

• Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
