Business Operations Analyst

What does a successful Business Operations Analyst do at Fiserv?

A key part of this role is analyzing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents related to product implementation and other professional services provided to clients by our Fiserv FIG Implementation professional services delivery team. You will participate in process improvement initiatives to improve client delivery metrics and process automation efforts to streamline the PM process from intake through project closedown.

What you will do:

• Manage a Professional Services portfolio from project intake to project closedown
• Lead a contract review prior to client contract and project acceptance to determine delivery feasibility for new client conversions
• Execute PM Procedures including the use of key tools like Clarity, SharePoint, Service Point, eCRM, and Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI (for Data analysis)
• Maintain an ongoing interface with external and internal stakeholders in areas such as decision analysis, planning and execution and technical needs
• Build strong partnerships with Implementations, Business Leaders, Sales, Client Support, Development, Product Management, Account Management, and Service Management teams
• Provide project management from scoping/business case through handoff to the Project Management team
• Analyze and detail business processes and documentation

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years of project coordination experience with proven project management skills
• 4+ years of experience interacting successfully with multiple levels of leadership
• 4+ years of experience reading and navigating contracts and SOWs
• 4+ years of experience executing pre-sales planning
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

What would be great to have:

• 5+ years contract administration, proposal writing, and/or software and professional services sales support experience
• 5+ years of experience with client implementations, onboarding of new clients, sales support, and scheduling
• 5+ years previous experience working in Financial Services  
• Knowledge and firsthand experience utilizing Fiserv PMO procedures
