Position Overview:

 

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated Spanish speaking professional to join our Southern Region/Team J in the role of Child Support Specialist II. This position will perform complex professional analysis related to child support accounts including interviews applicants and/or reviews Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA), initiates legal pleadings for transmittal to the Office of the Attorney General and other legal representatives, travels to various states to retrieve pertinent information for child support cases. The ability to translate information into and conducts interviews in Spanish for non-English speaking people is imperative.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematics, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of the CSSII for the Southern Region/Team J while maintaining working relationships with other professional governmental organizations.
