Sr. Software Engineer (Hybrid Eligible)

You'll perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and software throughout our development process. Your technical duties involve the design and development of new software products throughout the product lifecycle.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related Engineering field. Success looks like:

• Defines, manages and provides detailed work scope and tasking to other team members

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluency in object oriented languages like: C#, Java, C++
• Strong mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods
• The ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Preferred:

• Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build
• Experience in Cross-Platform software development
• Experience with embedded systems and designing & developing software that interacts with hardware
• Experience with DO-178/MIL-STD-882 and applicable Design Assurance Level (DAL) certificat
