Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the facility on operational days.
• Unloading hazardous waste from customers' vehicles.
• Unloading supplies from vendors and stagging in designated areas.
• Labeling waste containers.
• Preparing and tracking manifests.
• Completing inventories of waste stored onsite.
• Proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Ensure work area is maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

• Attention to detail, able to take and follow direction, and to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to interface with customers
• Perform physical functions per job requirements 
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Valid Driver’s license
