Sr. PAM Engineer - Managed Services (Remote)

GuidePoint Security is growing and hiring a Sr. PAM Engineer to join our PAM "Identity as a service" team on a full-time basis.  This is a fully remote role where we are looking for relevant experience with implementation and ongoing administration with CyberArk, Delinea/Thycotic, or BeyondTrust.  CyberArk HIGHLY preferred.      About the role:  

This role will be within our IDaaS practice that provides a managed services for our clients.   You will be responsible for serving as a Sr. team member to work with our clients, and provide guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for Jr. level team members.   

•  Activities will typically include, but not be limited to:
• Administrating/Implementing PAM solution and features.
• Work with clients to guide them through their ID journey, by providing guidance in their strategy and roadmap .
• Lead assessing and troubleshooting sessions for PAM activies.
• Assisting in the daily operations of PAM solutions for a variety of clients
• Execution of daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system.
• Assist with development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that need to be created and/or revised.
• Assist with developing  and utilizing repeatability, automation, orchestration, and standardization of processes for delivery to drive efficiency.
• Effective engagement communication, time management, and collaboration with peers.
• Communicate with Practice Leadership routinely regarding status updates and strategies.
• Adhere to GuidePoint Security’s Core Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:  

• 5+ year relevant experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk,  Delinea/Thycotic, or BeyondTrust in an administrator or consulting capacity
• Knowledge in Privileged Access Management is a must requirement with experience in any of the following: firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Endpoint, SIEM, and general networking background
• Proficiency in currently supported versions of operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu Linux
• Proficiency in monitoring and defending attacks utilizing security technologies, including, privileged access events, advanced anti-malware solutions, network forensics, and visibility solutions
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to address ongoing issues, potential updates/upgrades and implementation of ongoing solution features
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to self-direct and work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and conflict resolution

• Solid understanding of IT service delivery processes and methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
• Proficiency in using IT service management platforms and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant industry certifications

Education / Certifications Requirements:

• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience 
• Relevant vendor certifications a plus
