Procurement Sales Coordinator

<p></p> <p>The Procurement Sales Coordinator manages the procurement process, sourcing from suppliers while securing cost effective and high quality goods. They ensure that purchasing activities are profitable, well-organized, timely, and in compliance with company policies. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Your impact:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence, and document management.</li> <li>Assist in reviewing and processing purchase orders.</li> <li>Maintain organized and accurate procurement records, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.</li> <li>Monitor order statuses, delivery schedules, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm shipping details and resolve delivery or invoice issues.</li> <li>Collaborate internally with the contract and pricing team to ensure invoice accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and applicable regulation.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>About you:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.</li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an a
