Content Marketing Specialist – Video & Social

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive content marketing specialist to help elevate our brand presence, especially across social platforms and thought leadership channels.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone equal parts writer, content strategist, and visual storyteller—someone who can take complex ideas and turn them into engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, blogs, and video. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital storytelling, building a personal and company brand, and who isn’t afraid to pick up a camera and get creative.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence (company page and executive personal branding)
• Create and publish weekly social media content across platforms with a strong focus on engagement and value
• Draft and edit thought leadership posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
• Produce short-form video content (talking-head, podcast-style, and behind-the-scenes clips)
• Shoot and edit reels and professional video snippets (on-site or remotely coordinated)
• Support brand storytelling through campaigns, content calendars, and distribution strategy
• Repurpose long-form content into smaller, platform-optimized pieces (e.g., LinkedIn carousels, tweet threads)
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to translate expertise into high-impact content

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or creative storytelling
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, especially for professional audiences (bonus for B2B or compliance/cybersecurity content)
• Strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and brand voice
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Descript
• Comfortable on camera and/or filming others (or directing remote shoots)
• A portfolio of written and video content you’ve created or managed
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage projects end-to-end

Nice to Have:

• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Webflow, HubSpot, or Buffer
• Background or familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance
• Basic photography or on-site shooting experience
