ABOUT YOU
You have a passion for creative storytelling. You enjoy designing and developing content to drive audience engagement. You love immersing yourself in an organization and sharing its culture, stories, and people. You’re a seasoned creative candidate who can help translate big ideas into successful campaigns for our corporate brand. Most importantly, you would take pride in helping tell amazing Nestlé stories and valuable learnings throughout the organization to empower and delight employees.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Produce, edit, and coordinate dynamic content for core digital platforms, including the Nestlé USA website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and YouTube as well as internal platforms such as Facebook Workplace. 
  • Lead creative strategy aligned with business objectives, messaging, audiences, and priorities, implementing a robust creative publishing schedule across social platforms to drive deeper engagement with our audiences, improve the user experience, and increase brand favorability and trust. 
  • Develop short and long-form video and motion graphics and extensions of digital content that support corporate communications initiatives, campaigns, and promotions. 
  • Manage brand identity systems that advance and evolve Nestlé USAs brand while remaining consistent to the brand for internal and external audiences 
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to develop a deeper understanding of consumer insights to help inform creative.
  • Drive a deep understanding of and curiosity about competition for our audience’s interests, contribute ideas for video stories, photos, graphic design, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling, and timely and that will meet audience interests and needs. 
  • Manage content development budget and lead management of agency/vendor partners. 
  • Manage team media library to extend the value of asset production, repurposing and resurfacing impactful content.  
  • Collaborate with the strategists, writers, videographers, community managers to deliver bold storytelling for our audiences. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, motion, and design systems
  • A rich portfolio of compelling campaign work (including video, motion graphics, etc)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in creative roles either in-house or at a creative agency
  • Ability to share ideas and feedback clearly and thoughtfully to teammates, business partners and stakeholders through presentations, writing, and visually.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, creative ideas and recommendations, while understanding the needs of the business and brands.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various mediums – and business functions
  • Experience creating brand guidelines and style guides.
