This is a very high visibility role with extremely high upside as you will have the ability to directly impact the company’s bottom line. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development of a team to execute on innovative concepts, research, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms. You will serve as a manager for the machine learning engineers on the team and provide guidance on their individual projects in addition to serving as an expert for any algorithms that you develop or help develop.</p> <p>A successful candidate is obsessed with understanding the intricacies of the company and how revenue is realized. Using this as a guiding light and conditioning it on fairness, inclusion, and making sure we have a world-class customer experience is what this individual is chartered with. You should have extensive experience in modeling and strong statistical acumen.
